سعيد بن المسيب، عن ابن عمر
Said bin al-Musayyab from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13031 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثنا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ يُعَذَّبُ بِمَا نِيحَ عَلَيْهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The deceased is punished because of the wailing done over him."
