حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ: «أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أُهْدِيَ لَهُ مَطَارِفُ خَزٍّ فِيهَا مُطَرِّفٌ أَحْمَرُ فَقَسَمَهَا بَيْنَ بَنِيهِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) was given silk cloaks as a gift, among which was a red cloak, and he distributed them among his sons.
