It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded five things and forbade ten. He commanded parting the hair of the head, using the tooth-stick (miswak), trimming the moustache, drawing water into the nose, and rinsing the mouth. And he forbade that a woman be married along with her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt, or that two women be together in a single garment, and he forbade shighar (exchange marriage), the price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute, the wage of the cupper, the skins of predatory animals, wearing qassi (cloth mixed with silk), and the fee for a stud animal's mating.
