Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12930 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «فِي أَبْوَالِ الْإِبِلِ، وَأَلْبَانِهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلذَّرَبَةِ بُطُونُهُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In the urine and milk of camels there is a cure for those whose stomachs are disordered."
