Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1291 — from his father, Sayyiduna al-Tayyihan

Abu al-Haytham bin al-Tayyihan narrates from his father, Sayyiduna al-Tayyihan (may Allah be pleased with him), that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), during his journey to Khaybar, say to Amir bin al-Akwa' (and al-Akwa's name was Sinan): "Recite some of your verses for us." So he dismounted and began reciting rajaz verses for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
