Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12794 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had himself

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ، وَلَوْ كَانَ سُحْتًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both); he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had himself cupped and gave the cupper his wage; had it been unlawful earnings, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would never have given him this wage."
