Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12792 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had himself

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو هِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَآجَرَهُ، وَلَوْ كَانَ خَبِيثًا لَمْ يَأْجُرْهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both); he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had himself cupped and gave him his wage; had it been impure (earnings), he (peace and blessings be upon him) would not have given him the wage."
