حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ، فَبَدَأَ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ، وَذِرَاعَيْهِ، ثُمَّ تَمَضْمَضَ، وَاسْتَنْشَقَ، ثُمَّ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ»
Abbad bin Tamim narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Tamim bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performing ablution. He (peace and blessings be upon him) first washed his face and his forearms, then rinsed his mouth and sniffed water into his nose, then wiped over his head."
