Abu Raja from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12709 — from the Prophet ﷺ that he ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَسْلَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ أَمْرَ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ لَا يَزَالُ مُقَارِبًا أَوْ مُوَاتِيًا حَتَّى يَكَلَّمُوا فِي الْوِلْدَانِ، وَالْقَدَرِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The affair of this community (ummah) will remain close (to what is right) or well-ordered, until they begin to speak about (the fate of) children and about divine decree (qadar)."
