Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12362 — A goat passed in front of the Messenger

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَا: ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «مَرَّتْ شَاةٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الرَّسُولِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ، فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْ صَلَاتَهُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "A goat passed in front of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was in prayer, between him and the qiblah, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not break off his prayer."
