Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12302 — concerning And they withhold small

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: {وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ} [الماعون: ٧] قَالَ: «الْعَارِيَةُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said concerning "And they withhold small kindnesses (al-ma'un)" [Surah al-Ma'un: 7]: "It refers to household items that are lent and borrowed."
