حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيلٍ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَقْرَأُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ الْم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةَ، وَهَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ، وَيَقْرَأُ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ بِ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى، وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that on Friday, in the Fajr prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite "Alif Lam Mim, Tanzil al-Sajdah" and "Hal ata 'ala al-insan", and in the Friday prayer he used to recite "Sabbih isma rabbika al-a'la" and "Hal ataka hadith al-ghashiyah".
