Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12274 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There are

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِيهِنَّ الْعَمَلُ - أَوْ قَالَ - أَفْضَلُ فِيهِنَّ الْعَمَلُ مِنْ أَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ» . قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ , وَلَا الْجِهَادُ؟ قَالَ: «وَلَا الْجِهَادُ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَلَا يَرْجِعُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَيْءٍ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are no days in which deeds are more beloved to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, (or he said: more excellent) than these ten days." It was said: O Messenger of Allah, not even jihad? He said: "Not even jihad, except for a man who goes out with his life and his wealth and brings nothing of that back."
