Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12246 — I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas

Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the words of Allah Almighty: "Woe to you, and then woe! Then woe to you, and then woe!" [Surah al-Qiyamah: 34-35]: Is it something the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said himself, or something Allah revealed? He said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said it himself, then Allah revealed it."
