Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 122 — I heard al-Hasan (al-Basri) say

حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثنا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ، يَقُولُ: «أُخِذَ الْفَاسِقُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فِي شِعْبٍ مِنْ شِعَابِ مِصْرَ فَأُدْخِلَ فِي جَوْفِ حِمَارٍ فَأُحْرِقَ»
Qurrah bin Khalid said: I heard al-Hasan (al-Basri) say: "The sinner Muhammad bin Abi Bakr was seized in one of the ravines of Egypt; then he was put inside the belly of a donkey and burnt."
