حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «مَا كُنَّا نَعْرِفُ انْقِضَاءَ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا بِتَكْبِيرِهِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: We used to recognise the end of the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) only by his ((peace and blessings be upon him)) takbir.
