Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11914 — Whatever the Prophet ﷺ said aloud, we

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ، أَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: «مَا جَهَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَهَرْنَا، وَمَا سَكَتَ سَكَتْنَا»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Whatever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said aloud, we also said aloud, and in whatever he (peace and blessings be upon him) kept silent, we also kept silent."
