حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ، صَاحِبُ الْأَقْتَابِ، ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ تُبَاعَ ثَمَرَةٌ حَتَّى تُطْعَمَ، وَلَا صُوفٌ عَلَى ظَهْرٍ، وَلَا لَبَنٌ فِي ضَرْعٍ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling fruit before it ripens, and likewise forbade selling wool on the back of an animal (not yet shorn) and milk in the udder (not yet milked).
