Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11846 — the Prophet ﷺ sent for Abu Taybah

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «بَعَثَ إِلَى أَبِي طَيْبَةَ لَيْلًا فَحَجَمَهُ، وَأَعْطَاهُ أَجْرَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent for Abu Taybah at night, and he cupped him (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) gave him his wage.
