Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11830 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الذَّرَّاعُ، ثنا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُؤْتَى رُخَصُهُ كَمَا يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُؤْتَى عَزَائِمُهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, loves that the concessions He has granted be acted upon, just as He loves that the commands He has made obligatory be acted upon."
