Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11741 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْبَاقِي الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ لُوَيْنٌ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «عَلَى كُلِّ مِيسَمٍ مِنَ الْإِنْسَانِ صَلَاةٌ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ» فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ: هَذَا شَدِيدٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: «إِنَّ أَمْرًا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ونهيًا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ صَلَاةٌ، وَإِنَّ حَمْلًا عَلَى الضَّعِيفِ صَلَاةٌ، وَكُلُّ خُطْوَةٍ يَخْطُوهَا أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ صَلَاةٌ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Upon every joint of a human being there is (due) a prayer every day." Some of the people said: This is very difficult, O Messenger of Allah! He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, enjoining good and forbidding evil is a prayer, carrying (a burden) for the weak is a prayer, and every step that one of you takes towards the prayer is a prayer."
