حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ، ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «كَانُوا تُجَّارًا لَا تُلْهِهِمْ تِجَارَةٌ، وَلَا بَيْعٌ عَنْ ذَكَرِ اللهِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "They were traders whom no trade or buying and selling distracted from the remembrance of Allah."
