Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11733 — the Prophet ﷺ forbade buying fruit
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الدَّشْتَكِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «نَهَى أَنْ تُشْتَرَى الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى تُطْعَمَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade buying fruit before it ripens.
