Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11666 — One of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: One of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the ritual bath (ghusl) in a large bowl. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to perform ablution (wudu) or the ritual bath from it. She said: "O Messenger of Allah! I was in a state of major impurity." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Water does not become impure."
