Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11630 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Beware

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ التَّمَّارُ، عَنْ نِزَارِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اتَّقُوا الْقَدرَ فَإِنَّهُ شُعْبَةٌ مِنَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of (disputing about) predestination (qadar), for it is a branch of Christianity."
