Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11584 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا طَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ، وَلَمْ يَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ بَعْدِي، وَإِنَّمَا أُحِلَّتْ لِي سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ، ثُمَّ هِيَ حَرَامٌ بحرمِ اللهِ لَا يُعْضَدُ شَجَرُهَا، وَلَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهَا، وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا» فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ: إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ، فَقَالَ: «إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed Allah has made Makkah sacred. It was not made lawful for anyone before me, nor will it be made lawful for anyone after me. It was made lawful for me only for an hour of a day, then it is sacred by the sanctity of Allah as before: its trees are not to be cut, its game is not to be startled, and its grass is not to be uprooted." Sayyiduna Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Except the idhkhir? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Except the idhkhir."
