Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11521 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The whole
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْمُسْتَمْليُّ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثنا خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «عَرَفَةُ كُلُّهَا مَوْقِفٌ، وَارْفَعُوا عَنِ الصفاحِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The whole plain of Arafah is a place of standing (wuquf), and move up away from al-Sifah (the rocky slabs)."
