Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11492 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever gives

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، ثنا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَ حَنَشٌ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ شَهِدَ شَهَادَةً ليُسْتَباحَ بِهَا مَالُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ يُسْفَكَ بِهَا دَمٌ، فَقَدْ أَوْجَبَ النَّارَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever gives testimony by which the wealth of a Muslim is made lawful or blood is shed, has made the Fire obligatory for himself."
