Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11478 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whomever you find

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْمَدَنِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ، فَاقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whomever you find committing the act of the people of Lut, kill both the one who does it and the one to whom it is done."
