حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، وَطَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ مِنْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِ، وتَسَوَّكَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had himself cupped while in the state of ihram because of a pain he had, and he also used the tooth-stick (miswak) while in the state of ihram.
