Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11440 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Any inheritance

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ الْوَشَّاءُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ الْأَفْطَسِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «كُلُّ مِيرَاثٍ أَدْرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ، وَلَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الْإِسْلَامِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Any inheritance that had not been divided by the time Islam came is to be divided according to the Islamic division."
