حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ، ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ، ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الصَّائِغُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «صَلَّى نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالنَّاسِ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِ بِلَالٍ فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ فَخَطَبَهُنَّ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا بَعْدَمَا قَفَا مِنْ عِنْدَهُنَّ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُنَّ فَيَأْمُرَهُنَّ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقْنَ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led the people in two rak'ahs of prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr without adhan or iqamah. Then he gave a sermon after the prayer. Then he took Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) by the hand, went to the women and addressed them. Then, after he had turned back from them, he ordered Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) to go to them again and order them to give charity.
