شداد مولى عياض، عن بلال
Shaddad, freed slave of Iyad, from Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1117 — from Sayyiduna Bilal. Bilal said

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ شَدَّادٍ، مَوْلَى عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ بِلَالٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُؤَذِّنْ حَتَّى تَرَى الْفَجْرَ هَكَذَا» وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ، ثُمَّ فَتَحَهَا
Shaddad, the freed slave of Iyad, narrates from Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him). Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not give the call to prayer until you see the dawn like this," and he (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured with his hand, then spread it out.
