Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The mockers (al-Mustahzi'un) were: al-Walid bin al-Mughirah, Abu Zam'ah - that is, al-Aswad bin Abd al-Muttalib, al-Aswad bin Abd Yaghuth, and al-As bin Wa'il. He said: "All of them met their end at the time of Badr, through death or illness; and al-Harith bin Qays, who was one of the Hayatilah."
