حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «رَخَّصَ لِلْحَائِضِ أَنْ تَصْدُرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطُوفَ إِذَا كَانَتْ قَدْ طَافَتْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a concession to a menstruating woman that, if she had already performed (Tawaf al-Ifadah), she could return home without performing (Tawaf al-Wada').
