حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، قَالَ: مَسَحَ بِلَالٌ عَلَى مُوقَيْهِ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: مَا هَذَا؟ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ، وَالْخِمَارِ» ، لَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَعْمَرٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: أَبَا إِدْرِيسَ، وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ
Abu Qilabah narrates: Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) wiped over his leather socks, and he was asked: What is this? He said: "I have seen the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wiping over the leather socks and the turban."
Imam al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Ma'mar did not mention Abu Idris in his narration, and likewise Yahya bin Abi Ishaq also narrated it from Abu Qilabah.
