حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحَرِيشِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ خِرَاشٍ، عَنِ الْعَوَّامِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ بِهِ جُرْحٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُهُ فِي بَطِّهِ، فَأَذِنَ لَهُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "A man with a wound was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), asking his permission to lance it, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) gave him permission."
