Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10930 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Tawaf is just like
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَارِثِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الطَّوَافُ صَلَاةٌ فَأَقِلُّوا فِيهِ الْكَلَامَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tawaf is just like prayer, so speak little during it."
