Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10820 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I have
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةٍ، وَلَا أَكُفَّ شَعْرًا وَلَا ثَوْبًا»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven limbs, and not to gather up hair or clothing."
