Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10800 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا خَلَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَلَا يُقَادُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The prescribed punishments (hudud) are not to be carried out in the mosques, and a father is not to be killed in retaliation (qisas) for his son."
