Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10699 — the Prophet ﷺ said: A previously married

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A previously married woman (thayyib) has more right over herself than her guardian, and a virgin's father shall seek her permission, and her silence is her consent."
