Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1066 — Sayyiduna Bilal said: We were not

Tariq bin Shihab said that Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "We were not forbidden from praying at any time except when the sun is rising, for it rises between the two horns of Satan - or upon the two horns of Satan."
