Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10323 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Soon there will

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «سَيَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ مَوَاقِيتِهَا، وَيُحْدِثُونَ الْبِدَعَ» ، قَالَ: فَكَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ إِنْ أَدْرَكْتُهُمْ؟ قَالَ: «تَسْأَلُنِي ابْنَ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ كَيْفَ تَصْنَعُ؟ لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَنْ عَصَى اللهَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Soon there will be rulers over you who will delay the prayer from its proper times and will introduce innovations." I said: "If I live to see them, what should I do?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Ibn Umm Abd, you ask me what you should do? (Remember,) there is no obedience to one who disobeys Allah."
