Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10241 — The Prophet ﷺ married Sayyidah Aishah

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ حَمَّادٍ الْبَرْبَرِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: «تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَائِشَةَ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ، وَدَخَلَ بِهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ، وَقُبِضَ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) when she was six years old, her marriage was consummated when she was nine years old, and at the time of his (peace and blessings be upon him) death she was eighteen years old."
