Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10229 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ، وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، وَلَتَأْخُذُنَّ عَلَى يَدِ الظَّالِمِ، وَلَيَأْطُرُنَّهُ عَلَى الْحَقِّ أَطْرًا، أَوْ لَيَضْرِبَنَّ اللهُ قُلُوبَ بَعْضِكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، وَلَيَلْعَنَنَّكُمْ كَمَا لَعَنَهُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By the One in whose Hand is my soul, you must certainly enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, seize the hand of the wrongdoer and firmly bend him back to the truth, or else Allah will strike your hearts against one another too, and will curse you just as He cursed them."
