It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surah al-Ikhlas (Qul huwa Allahu ahad) is equal to one third of the Qur'an."
