Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10197 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Eat

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو عُمَرَ الضَّرِيرُ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَسَحَّرُوا؛ فَإِنَّ فِي السَّحُورِ بَرَكَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Eat the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for in the pre-dawn meal there is blessing."
