Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10191 — the Prophet ﷺ said: A man will emerge

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَخْرُجُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي يُوَاطِئُ اسْمُهُ اسْمِي، وَخُلُقُهُ خُلُقِي، يَمْلَأُهَا عَدْلًا وَقِسْطًا كَمَا مُلِئَتْ ظُلْمًا وَجَوْرًا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man will emerge from my household whose name matches my name and whose character matches my character; he will fill the earth with justice and equity just as it will have been filled with oppression and tyranny."
