Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10159 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Protect

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْقَطِرَانِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ الْبَزَّازُ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «حَصِّنُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بِالزَّكَاةِ، وَدَاوُوا مَرْضَاكُمْ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَأَعِدُّوا لِلْبَلَاءِ الدُّعَاءَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Protect your wealth through zakah, treat your sick with charity, and keep supplication ready for affliction."
