Mishkat al-Masabih 5099 — The supplication for the purity of morals
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ حسَّنَت خَلقي فأحسِنْ خُلقي» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to supplicate: "O Allah! You have created me well, so beautify my character as well." Its chain is authentic, narrated by Ahmad.
